Todd Oudemool
began his career in 1989 as a commercial sales and leasing agent for Olde Mill Realty. During his tenure with the company, he developed and expanded the brokerage’s business model to include the purchase, development and sale of under-valued properties, including but not limited to, single and multi-family residences, mixed-use commercial and vacant land properties.
Since 1989, Todd has expanded and diversified his portfolio of properties to include commercial, retail and professional office space and performed both management and leasing services for those properties. Additionally, with the incipience of Olympus Brokerage, Todd has benefited from the collective relationships built over years of real estate initiatives- performing leasing expertise of a local, regional and national level, not only for his properties but numerous owners & developers as well.
In 1994, Todd established and developed Tosch Ltd., a sporting goods manufacturer in the specialty market of patent-based training aid development and sales. Today, his patents and trademarks are licensed to K2 Companies, Inc., a world-wide manufacturer with over 80 years of expertise in the manufacturing and selling of fitness and sporting goods.
Todd has offices in Camillus and Syracuse (East Onondaga/Columbus Circle) where he overseas his own portfolio of professional, commercial, retail and residential properties and companies, as well as, the properties of numerous clients.
Todd received his bachelor’s degree in English from Clarkson University and his Master’s degree from Syracuse University.
